Black Rock Kaaba. It is the eastern cornerstone of the Kaaba the ancient stone building towards which Muslims pray in the center of the Grand Mosque in Mecca Saudi Arabia. The Black Stone of Mecca or Kaaba Stone is a Muslim relic which according to Islamic tradition dates back to the time of Adam and Eve.

Only eight pieces of the Black Stone can be seen. It is covered with a black silk cloth known as the kiswa and decorated with gold-embroidered calligraphy. The Kaaba and the Black Stone are variants of these influences cloaked in Abrahamic tales linking Abraham and even Adam to it.
It is the single stone that has lasted through all the events and upheavals that took place at Kaaba.
The Black Stone Hajr Al Aswad consists of 8 fragmented pieces of small black stones set into an oval silver frame. Only eight pieces of the Black Stone can be seen.
